This is the second time ordering from LANshack. Both times were great experiences. If you are a DIY person who has tried to but RJ-45 connectors on cat cable you can imagine how great it is to just do the measurements and avoid that brain damage. Great service and good quality product.

Tom personally reached out to me, took ownership of the situation, and worked to get my order resolved. He communicated with me directly, ensured the order was shipped, refunded the shipping charges, and provided a discount for the inconvenience.
