Great custom terminated fiber
Great product (custom terminated fiber with an eye for pulling), OK communication while the order was processing. I hadn’t seen an update in a little while and my project suddenly became urgent so I called to get a status and expedite my order, while support isn’t 24/7 the person that took a message was friendly and I got an email the next morning with the latest status and delivery options. I had what I needed a couple days later, it was exactly as described and worked perfectly.

One less worry
I have placed multiple orders with LANshack, all custom lengths, and they have always arrived as described and at length. I honestly do not use anyone else because I have never had a reason to. Prices are competitive and the communication is great.

Tom personally reached out to me, took ownership of the situation, and worked to get my order resolved. He communicated with me directly, ensured the order was shipped, refunded the shipping charges, and provided a discount for the inconvenience.
What stands out most is the level of customer service and accountability shown throughout the process. It is refreshing to see a company stand behind its customers and make things right when an issue occurs.
