Our 12 Fiber Multimode OM4 50/125 MPO®/MTP (1 X 12) Gender Changing Kit allows you to quickly and easily change the gender of your MTP or MPO cable from Male (Pins) to Female (No Pins). It's great for cables that have a male connector but require a female MPO or MTP connector such as a MPO / MTP cassette that by industry standard include a male connector.  This kit offers low loss and high precision couplings of your existing MTP or MPO cable and can be used for both OM3 and OM4 cabling.

• MPO/MTP Multimode OM4 50/125 (Key UP - Key Down) Fiber Optic Coupler - Aqua

About the Cable: This cable includes a 3mm plenum (ONFP) rated jacket.  MPO connectors are interchangeable with MTP® connectors.  This fiber optic patch cable features MPO Female (No Pins) to MPO Female (No Pins) connectors and is constructed of 12 strands of 50/125 micron multmode OM4 fiber. The connectors are high quality polished and 100% factory tested and come with a test report. Typical insertion loss is <0.30dB and return is loss >35dB.  These cables include a standard Method A straight through pin out.  

About the Coupler: This Multimode OM4 MPO/MTP Coupler is designed to provide a precise coupling of MPO/MTP fiber optic cables.  It includes a key up - key down orientation.  This coupler simply works by plugging a female and male MPO or MTP connector together.
