We can guarantee your fiber assembly will arrive quickly and exceed your expectations. Our experts can also help you choose the right assembly for your application.
Our pre-terminated fiber optic assemblies are perfect for headend termination to a fiber backbone, termination of fiber rack systems, multi-floor deployment where select fibers are used at each floor, or intra-building backbones. Our indoor plenum rated jacket assemblies are rated for all indoor installations, including plenum rated spaces. A cable rated for plenum installation will have low-smoke characteristics as defined by the NFPA (National Fire Protection Agency). We offer all common industry standard connectors including: LC, SC, ST, and FC. We use 2 millimeter furcation tubing on each strand and wrap all connectors in plastic wrap to protect them from contamination during the installation process. Heat shrink tubing is also used where the strands exit the cable jacket and if chosen, where the pulling eye meets the pull basket. An unterminated option for one end is also offered for installations where pulling a terminated end is not possible. If this option is chosen it will be a straight blunt cut end. You choose from lengths of 10ft all the way up to 5000ft and we provide a pulling eye options to make your installation even easier. All assemblies above 100ft come on a cable spool for easy deployment.
Pre-terminated fiber optic assemblies offer a true plug-and play solution for fiber optic cable installations which often include extending networks to distant locations. These assemblies take the time out of field terminating which can often be very time consuming and require skilled technicians and specialized equipment. Conditions in the field are often not ideal for terminating fiber optic cabling. Dust and other contaminants can affect the quality of your termination and lead to network failures. Field terminations also need to be testing needing more specialized test equipment. Considering the above factors, choosing a pre-connectorized fiber assembly is the perfect money saving solutions.
Standard QuickTreX® Manufacturing Features:
Strand count selection depends on network complexity and future scalability requirements. 4 and 6 strands are ideal for small- to medium-scale operations, providing redundancy and room for light growth, such as departmental networks or single-building installations. 12 strands cater to mid-range networks that require multiple dedicated fiber paths for increased functionality, particularly for interdepartmental communications or multi-floor setups. 24 strands, suitable for larger facilities or multi-purpose connections, handle diverse system demands and establish reliable core networks. Each configuration offers scalability while maintaining cost-effectiveness tailored to specific applications.
Healthcare Facilities: Provides stable connectivity for telemedicine, diagnostics, and patient information systems.
Data Centers: Supports rack-to-rack connections with high-speed performance and low data loss.
Educational Institutions: Maintains reliable communication between classrooms, labs, and administrative centers.
Enterprise Environments: Powers large office networks and ensures redundancy for mission-critical operations.
Government Networks: Offers secure, stable connections for communication in administration and operations.
Retail and Manufacturing: Delivers seamless integration for POS systems, IoT devices, and on-site networks.
These assemblies feature state-of-the-art Multimode OM2 50/125 Corning® ClearCurve® fiber, ensuring reliability in high-speed networking environments.
Fiber Core Size: 50 µm
Wavelength: 850/1300 nm
Link Length: 150 meters at 10Gb/s (850 nm)
Bandwidth: 750MHz at 850nm/km
Max. Attenuation: 3.5dB over 1.5km
Jacket Material: Flame Retardant PVC (Plenum Rated)
Connector Options: LC, SC, ST, FC.
Feature: Optional pulling eye ensures simplified installation.
Environmental Range: Operating from 0°C to +70°C; storage from -40°C to +70°C.
Every assembly undergoes rigorous Insertion Loss (IL ≤ 0.2dB) testing, ensuring flawless performance upon installation. With a staggering breakout length of 14 inches and nominal diameter of 4.4 mm, easy handling and adaptability are assured.
Providing expanded flexibility, the 12-strand assembly facilitates high-scalability for mid-sized networks, such as enterprise campuses or moderate data centers. It is equipped to handle diverse operations like security, data, and communication within one infrastructure, and accommodates redundancy across multiple pathways.
Compared to smaller strand counts, the 12-strand assembly prepares organizations for longer-term capacity needs without the substantial overinvestment of 24-strand cabling, making it a scalable choice for hybrid applications requiring precision and adaptability.

I have used LanShack for custom pre-terminated fiber assemblies for a couple of years now. The quality of the product is top notch. Setting up a new building and ordered this 1200' to connect 2 buildings together. Great termination quality. Zero issues installing and connecting. Connection lit from the start. Thank you very much.
