7 Ft Cat 7 Double Shielded Stock Patch Cable

Our stock Cat 7 (SSTP) Shielded patch cords are made of 100% pure copper wire and have 50 micron gold plated RJ45 plugs. They are also have stranded conductors for greater flexibility and all our Cat 7 Shielded patch cords are double shielded for increased signal isolation to prevent outside interference. Category 7 cables are fully backwards compatibly with Cat 5 and Cat 6 cables, and offer tighter specifications for eliminating crosstalk and noise. This is in part to the double shiled system in which the individual wire pairs are shielded and then the cables as a whole is shielded. The Cat 7 standard allows 10 Gig Ethernet over 100 meters of copper cabling.
