RF Cable Assemblies 

QuickTreX® Pre-Connectorized Custom RF Cable Assemblies are made to order in the USA by skilled technicians and are constructed with the highest quality components.  The quality of the of the RF cable going to you antenna is critical in the performance of your radio frequency RF network.  We have strict quality control and ISO certified manufacturing so you can be assured top performance of your custom RF cable assembly.  Our custom RF assemblies include a continuity test and sweep test (RL up to 2500 MHz).  The SWEEP test results are included with each assembly

Tactical Fiber Optic Assemblies:

We offer two types of tactical deployable pre-terminated fiber optic assemblies.  Standard tactical or broadcast and military grade tactical (mil-tac).  Our tactical fiber optic assemblies are custom made to order.  We can customize your assembly to any length and terminate them with any connector including: LC, SC, ST, FC, and HMA Expanded Beam.  These assemblies come on heavy duty Schill deployable reels for fast deployment and retrieval of your fiber optic assembly.  The reels include a door to store the back end of your assembly and include a Hubble cable bale for a secure grip during deployment.  We offer fast manufacturing times that typically fall between 2-4 business days.  With our strict quality control and our rigid testing procedures, you can be assured that your assembly will arrive ready for immediate use and perform to the highest of standards for your critical install.  

Standard Rugged Tactical Deployable Fiber Optic Assemblies

Our standard tactical cable assemblies includes a single layer of polyurethane and Kevlar aramid strength members.  This cable is strong enough for foot traffic and even light vehicle traffic.  It's great for concerts, conventions, sporting events, and other temporary installations where a internet connection is needed over a long distance.  We recommend running fiber if you connection is longer than 250 feet. These assemblies are perfect for broadcasting live events or providing a reliable, secure, and ultra fast internet connection to specialized equipment needed at events such as these.  

Extreme Military Tactical (Mil-Tac) Fiber Optic Assemblies

Our extreme military tactical cable assemblies includes a double layer of polyurethane and Kevlar aramid strength members.  This cable is extremely durable and has been show to hold up to tanks pivoting on top of it during demonstrations.  These assemblies are truly designed for the battlefield.  They are perfect for ultra harsh environments such as military operations and testing, mining, drilling, and more.  These assemblies are designed to provide a fast, reliable, and secure internet connection to your critical equipment.  

Standard Outside Plant (OSP) Fiber Optic Assemblies

Our standard fiber optic assemblies include our polyethylene jacketed loose tube, gel-filled, armored direct burial, and aerial pre-terminated fiber optic assemblies.  Polyethene jacketed cable is UV rated and can withstand any outdoor element.  These assemblies are perfect for a wide range of outdoor harsh environment applications.  These installs including fiber to the antenna, fiber directly buried in a trench, fiber installed or mounted to the side of a building or structure, and fiber optic cabling mounted between utility poles.  

OSP Loose Tube: 

For fiber to the antenna or mounted to the side of an outdoor structure or building.  If ran in conduit we recommend at least a 2" conduit do to the rigid nature of the jacket and breakout. 

OSP Gel-Filled:  

For mounting to the side of a outdoor structure or building.  Offers extra production during freezing and contraction if encapsulated in ice. If ran in conduit we recommend at least a 2" conduit do to the rigid nature of the jacket and breakout. 

Armored Outdoor Direct Burial: 

For installing directly into the ground in a trench or mounted to the outside of a building or structure.  If you must install in a conduit we recommend at a least a 3" conduit.  This cable is very rigid and has a heavy duty rigid outdoor breakout.  

Aerial with Messenger: 

For mounting fiber optic cabling between utility poles or between buildings or structures.  Not recommended for inside conduit.  

Tactical Ethernet Assemblies, Patch Cables, Jacks, Couplers and Bulk Cable

Tactical Ethernet Assemblies: 

We offer our custom tactical deployable Ethernet assemblies in both Cat 5E shielded and Cat6A Shielded.  These assemblies are custom made to order in the USA and fully tested.  We recommend these assemblies for temporary networks shorter distances than 250ft where you need an internet connection.  This cable is strong enough for foot traffic.  This cable is specially made and designed to be deployed and retrieved over and over again.  It's great for concerts, conventions, sporting events, and other temporary installations where a internet connection is needed over a short distance. These assemblies are perfect for live events or for providing a reliable, secure, and ultra fast internet connection to specialized equipment needed at events such as these.  Our tactical Ethernet assemblies come on heavy duty Schill deployable reels for fast deployment and retrieval of your cable.  These reels include a door to store the back end of your assembly, keeping it clean and free from damage.   We offer both standard RJ45 modular plugs and heavy duty Neutrik Ethercon connectors on these assemblies.  We offer fast manufacturing times that typically fall between 2-4 business days.  With our strict quality control and our rigid testing procedures, you can be assured that your assembly will arrive ready for immediate use and perform to the highest of standards for your critical install.

Custom Outdoor Ethernet Patch Cables: 

Our custom outdoor Ethernet patch cables are available in Cat 6 and Cat 5E.  These patch cables are also custom made to order in the USA.  They are rated for direct burial and come fully tested and individually serialized.  These Ethernet patch cables include a polyethylene jacket and can with stand all outdoor environments including UV, water, ice, and oil.  These patch cables make your outdoor install quick and easy.

Stock Outdoor IP68 Connectorized Ethernet Patch Cables, Jacks, and Couplers:  

Our outdoor commercial-grade patch cables include a IP68 caps that are designed to fit our commercial-grade IP68 bulkhead couplers.  These cables combined with the couplers create a hermetic seal that prevents water, ice, dust, oil, grease, and other contaminants from coming in contact with your Ethernet modular plugs or jacks conductors/contacts.  We offer stainless steel wall bulkhead wall plates to house these couplers and jacks promoting a clean harsh environment install.
