Our QuickTreX® Custom Armored Outdoor (OSP) Rated Singlemode 9/125 Premium Duplex Fiber Optic Patch Cables are custom made to order in the USA by highly trained technicians and are constructed with premium components.   Because these patch cables are made to order, you can choose any length from 6 inches up to 30 meters and any connector type to fit your custom installation needs. Our connector options include LC Uniboot and standard LC, SC, ST, and FC.  All of our cables come with a standard UPC (Ultra Physical Contact) polish or optional APC (Angle Physical Contact) polish on LC, SC, and FC connectors.  We will keep you informed of your order status from start to finish so you can plan your installation accordingly.  You will receive an order confirmation immediately, a ship date within 24 hours, and tracking information once your custom cables ship out.

Our armored outdoor (OSP) custom fiber optic patch cables are perfect for patching fiber to equipment in outdoor, industrial, and any harsh environment application.   Using an armored patch cable provides crush resistance and prevents damage to the fiber strands.  This is especially important for critical networks where zero down time is an absolute must.  We make our custom fiber patch cables along side our custom fiber optic distribution assemblies so you can be assured that the same premium components and quality control are in place. Fiber optic patch cables are the last critical link in connecting your network.  

Our QuickTreX® armored singlemode patch cables always include genuine Corning SMF-28e+  glass and premium connectors with ceramic ferrules for increased durability and accuracy.  These fiber optic patch cables offer premium precision, making them a popular choice for critical installations.  These outdoor (OSP) patch cables also feature a 3mm outdoor polyethene (PE) jacket which make them perfect for patching equipment in exposed outdoor locations. A outdoor (OSP) or (PE) polyethene jacket is specially designed for outdoor installations is will hold up to the elements such as ultraviolet radiation and temperature and humidity extremes.  These patch cables includes a stainless steel coil technology.  This allows for the cable to remain extremely flexible while also being crush and rodent resistant.

QuickTreX® fiber optic jumpers are fully tested and come with a test report to guarantee top performance. Our strict testing standards mandate a maximum allowable insertion loss if 0.02 dB (or less). Each connector is visually inspected with a 400x microscope for any surface or interior cracks, scratches, contaminants, or other imperfections which can pick up defects that insertion loss testing alone may miss. Each cable includes a label around the jacket which has an individual serial number and part number for easy identification and traceability.  The cables are sealed in individual bags and the test results are included with each individual cable.  Our manufacturing process includes strict quality control and is ISO9000 certified.
