If you are an Educational Buyer, you may qualify for our special educational pricing program. Qualifying parties include (but are not limited to) the following:
  • K-12
  • Public School Districts
  • Universities, Colleges, Etc.
To qualify, you must be a general purchaser for the institution or a member or buyer of the Information Technologies or Network group. Non-qualified parties include students and other faculty members not directly related to purchasing for the institution.

How to Apply

1) If you have never placed an order with us you may begin by clicking on "Register" at the top of our homepage. If you have ordered before (and already have a Username & Password), you can skip to # 2 below. Fill out the registration.

2) Send an email to [email protected] with your "Username" requesting an "Educational Login". Once we activate your status we will send you a confirmation email. You will than be able log in for special educational pricing. Please note that Educational pricing applies only to authorized purchasing agents for the School and not students or general faculty.

3) Once we activate your username and password we will send you a confirmation email. You will than be able log in for special Educational pricing.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Almost all of the products that we sell have a discount for Educational buyers. Some of the products may have more or less discounts depending on market conditions. Some of the items that we sell are very competitively traded and thus have the same price.

Purchase Methods

1) Secure On-line Credit Card Transactions with Credit Card
2) Purchase Order: You may use our shopping cart to choose the product(s) you would like to purchase, quantity discounts will be calculated, along with a Total Cost, including all SKU's, descriptions and shipping costs. Go through the checkout process and choose "Purchase Order" as the payment method. Complete the order online and print the receipt. Use this information to generate your purchase order. Then, fax the PO to (732)396-8528

Please note that we do not accept payment terms longer than Net 30 days. All private schools will need to establish a credit line, prior to ordering.

Q: Once I am registered, is there any obligation to buy?
A: Absolutely not. There is no obligation to buy. We will not hound you with unwanted email messages or phone calls.

Q: Can I preview the special educational prices before I apply?
A: No, but it is so simple and quick to apply that it will be well worth the effort.

Q: Do you offer quantity discounts?
A: Virtually every item that we sell has a quantity discount attached. These discounts apply to both resellers and end users. Look under the product description, there will be an area explaining what the quantity discount is for that product. The discount will be taken off of the listed price, once the item (of sufficient quantity) is put into the shopping cart.
